“I am writing regarding our stay at the Old Mine House during the May Day bank holiday weekend. I would like to thank you, on behalf of our whole group, as we had a fantastic time. The house was truly wonderful, and the setting was idyllic. It was superb to walk on to the tors of Dartmoor in the morning…..the sauna worked a treat……..and we were all impressed with the guinea-fowl eggs you left us……if ever I am again faced with the prospect of having to organise a weekend away for 20 people, the Old Mine House will be top of the list.” James D – Nottingham .

Country darkness allows one to appreciate the unpolluted night sky, you can meditate in the hammock by the secluded pond, barbecue supper under the tall pine, sweat pounds in the intimate sauna, or escape into a good book in the summerhouse, then admire a Cornish sunset and look for badgers in the dusk.
